3. Platform Overview

HYPP is a marketplace platform that: Allows users ("Hosts") to list parking spaces. Allows users ("Guests") to discover and book parking spaces. Displays real-time availability and amenities (e.g., charging, washroom, toilet). HYPP does not own, control, or manage parking spaces listed by users.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. You agree not to: Share your login credentials. Impersonate another person. HYPP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Host Responsibilities

As a Host, you agree: You have the legal right to list the parking space. Your listing is: Accurate (location, availability, amenities). Safe and compliant with local laws. You will: Honor confirmed bookings. Maintain the parking space in usable condition.

6. Guest Responsibilities

As a Guest, you agree: To use parking spaces responsibly. To follow all local laws and property rules. Not to: Cause damage. Use spaces for illegal purposes.

7. Payments & Fees

HYPP may charge: Service fees Transaction fees Payments may be processed through third-party providers. Refund policies: Subject to cancellation terms defined per booking.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Hosts and Guests must follow cancellation policies displayed at booking. HYPP may intervene in disputes but is not obligated to provide refunds.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to: Use the platform for illegal activities. Upload false or misleading listings. Interfere with platform security. Scrape or copy platform data without permission.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on HYPP are owned by or licensed to us. You may not: Copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of HYPP is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We follow global standards including: GDPR (Europe) CCPA (California) Applicable data protection laws

15. Indemnification
